PetSmart's Process Lead (Retail Operations Lead) plays a key role in driving operational excellence in our Sedalia store, overseeing merchandising, inventory, pet care operations, and opening/closing duties. The role leads associates and ensures a safe, organized environment that aligns with company vision and ethics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and training.
• Facilitate associate experience and development, including onboarding and coaching.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks.
• Lead and direct associates as leader on duty.
• Manage store merchandising, inventory, audits, and stock replenishment decisions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash in accordance with policies.
