Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching teams, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and daily task prioritization to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and coach associates.
• Experience training and onboarding staff across store operations.
• Strong labor management and scheduling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates on proper operational processes to ensure customer and pet care standards.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for essential store activities.
