Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability; flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling, product knowledge, and presentation standards.
• Lead associate development including training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks; act as leader on duty when needed.
• Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
