Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and training on product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks and supervise during Leader on Duty shifts.
• Address and administer associate concerns and promote engagement.
• Execute merchandise strategies, manage inventory levels, audits, and stock replenishment decisions.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions in compliance with policies.
• Maintain store standards and uphold Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
• Support opening and closing procedures and complete monthly cycle counts.
• Ensure pet care maintenance, safety, and positive experiences for customers.
