Qualifications

• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales associates in product knowledge and presentation.
• Oversee daily tasks and delegate to team.
• Manage inventory levels, audits, and stock replenishment.
• Operate POS systems and ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Ensure store standards and ethical compliance.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and live cycle counts.
• Ensure pet care standards and safety for customers and pets.
