The role requires effective training and coaching, improving processes, and upholding policies while delivering memorable experiences for pet parents. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and basic data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide associates in merchandising, inventory handling, and product presentation.
• Delegate tasks, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure store standards.
• Manage inventory levels, audits, and stock replenishment.
• Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and ensure policy compliance.
• Support associate development, training, onboarding, and coaching.
