Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and product knowledge.
• Lead and direct store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Execute merchandise strategies, manage inventory, and analyze trends.
• Operate POS and handle cash, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Ensure store standards and uphold Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics.
• Monitor and address inventory discrepancies and perform monthly counts.
• Support pet care operations and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Create positive experiences for customers and pet parents.
