Key responsibilities include assisting in stock replenishment, leading associates on duty, and upholding company policies, while maintaining a welcoming, visually appealing store layout and a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising strategies to optimize sales and promotional setups.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and analyze sales trends.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Lead associates during shifts and support training and development.
• Ensure store standards and uphold policies, safety, and ethics.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and perform cycle counts.
• Maintain pet care standards and ensure positive customer experiences with orders.
