Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Retail Operations in South Coast Plaza, CA. This role partners with the Store Manager to execute operational standards, manage budgets, and deliver internal reporting for a fast-growing, vertically integrated fashion business.

You will drive process standardization, maintain SOPs, oversee inventory and loss prevention, and train teams across store operations. A strong data mindset and collaboration with HQ are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in retail operations and management.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of Retail Labor Laws.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of applicable policies, procedures, and updates.
• Implements tools and metrics to support project effectiveness and scaling needs.
• Executes and maintains business processes, SOPs and reporting.
• Interfaces with cross-functional partners to capture feedback for decision-making.
• Develops data-driven recommendations through analysis and qualitative learning.
• Performs ad hoc analysis and business operations reporting.
• Supports budget management and reporting for store location.
• Identifies strategic initiatives and acts as change agent.
• Partners with Store Manager and HQ leaders to tackle complex business problems.
