Job summary

Reformation in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with our sustainability values. You will report to the Regional Director and guide a team to meet revenue targets while controlling payroll and expenses.

You will coach staff, optimize scheduling, and maintain inventory accuracy, while ensuring brand standards and exceptional client interactions across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development.
• The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work.
• A keen eye for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Understanding of Retail Labor Laws

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Own store operations to meet revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.
• Use business acumen to understand drivers and opportunities and build solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Drive an elevated client experience and act as brand ambassador for sustainability education.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver customer-first service to build loyal relationships.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to staff for continuous improvement.
• Balance sales and service by scheduling effectively to meet payroll targets.
• Maintain extraordinary customer experience and high NPS scores.
• Enforce inventory accuracy and train staff on controls.
• Support loss prevention and training across the store.
• Ensure facility presentation and organization is top-notch.
• Lead merchandising standards and use product reporting to optimize the customer experience.
• Provide real-time feedback to corporate partners to influence allocations.
• Train staff on brand standards and visual/digital merchandising.
• Manage day-to-day retail team performance and develop talent.
