• Analytical with budgets and KPIs.
• Cross-functional leadership and clear communication.
• Based in Cerritos, in-office role; willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the retail operating model for fleet expansion.

• Own KPIs: store productivity, labor efficiency, profitability.
