Job summary

Reformation in Cabazon, CA is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales floor and drive store performance. You will coach and motivate a team to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand values.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee inventory controls, training, and loss prevention, while embracing a technology-led in-store experience that delights customers and builds loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Retail Experience required.
• Experience in sales or retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
