Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
• 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, expert service to all customers.
• Manage production flow and on-time completion.
• Take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products.
• Lead digital imaging and large job management.
• Coordinate shifts and communicate across teams.
• Assist training of store team members.
• Handle POS transactions and daily sales reporting.
• Coordinate shipping pick-up and delivery.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies.
• Support cost reduction and quality initiatives.
