Job summary

FedEx Office and Print Services is seeking a Lead Consultant to manage print, signs & graphics, and shipping workflows in a store environment. You will take orders, quote pricing, and guide customers to FedEx Office products while overseeing production from start to finish.

Experience in customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks is essential. This role may involve leading a shift and training team members, within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, expert service is delivered to all customers.
• Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time.
• Takes customer orders, providing pricing information and recommending FedEx Office products and services.
• Takes lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running production on full service orders.
• Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ensures quality during and after production processes.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
• May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift.
• Assists in training store team members.
