Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Lead Consultant to deliver expert service across print, signs & graphics and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, produce complex jobs, and guide customers to the best FedEx Office solutions while leading and training team members as needed.

You will manage production flow, ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, coordinate pick-up/delivery, and support store leadership in daily operations. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2+ years of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, expert service is delivered to all customers
• Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time
• Takes customer orders, giving pricing information, performs consultative selling to customers, and recommends FedEx Office products and services
• Operates the Point of Sale terminal (POS) and handles financial transactions
• Coordinates shipping-related services and activities to include providing customer service and shipping preparation
