Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Virginia/Midlothian to lead on the sales floor while overseeing back-end operations, logistics, and team development. You will support store performance, drive operational goals, and help execute The Bob’s Way in a fast-paced showroom environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability and offers growth opportunities within a growing omni-channel retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in retail, warehouse, or operations management.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
