This on-site, full-time role requires weekend/evening availability and involves driving customer experiences, operational excellence, and team development across the store.

You will balance leadership with strategic oversight of logistics, inventory, and performance coaching, contributing to Bob's Way while supporting store performance

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
