Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead store team excellence on the sales floor and in back-end operations. This full-time, on-site role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability to support store performance and execute The Bob’s Way.

You will balance frontline leadership with strategic oversight of logistics, inventory, and team development to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail showroom.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven leadership and team-development skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed by Bob’s.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and drive daily operations on the sales floor and back-end.
• Oversee logistics and inventory control to meet operational goals.
• Enhance customer experience and resolve issues to maintain service standards.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve performance targets and maintain safety compliance.
