You’ll oversee inventory, logistics, team development, and cross-functional collaboration while upholding The Bob’s Way in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance procedures.
