Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to drive operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced showroom setting. You will balance leadership on the sales floor with strategic oversight of back-end operations, logistics, and team development.

Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is required. The role is full-time and on-site, with a focus on executing The Bob’s Way and achieving store performance targets through hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in lead/coach teams and oversee operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
