Job summary

Bob's Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to lead the sales floor and oversee back-end operations, logistics, and team development in a fast-paced showroom. You will drive store performance, implement The Bob’s Way, and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
