Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to balance sales-floor leadership with back-end operations and logistics. You will help drive store performance, coach a team, and ensure a superior customer experience in a fast-paced showroom.

This full-time, on-site role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability and a focus on executing The Bob’s Way across departments and processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to lift, move, or slide merchandise up to 75 lbs.
• Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
