Job summary

Trulieve in Tampa is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee store operations, supervise staff, track inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager, the role requires two years of leadership and cash-handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to train a 40+ person team. A competitive benefits package is offered. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or training.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to train and develop a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient English communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the general manager and other leaders to assure that any changes are communicated to employees.
• Coaching, training, and development of the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
