Job summary

Trulieve in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily store operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will partner with the General Manager to drive service standards, manage inventory and labor budgets, coach staff, and handle patient issues and escalations.

Candidates should have at least two years of related experience, cash handling, and strong interpersonal skills; 21+ and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on service standards and accountability.
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
