Job summary

GOODWILL OF CENTRAL AND COASTAL VIRGINIA INC is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations in the absence of the store and assistant manager. The role oversees front end and production areas, monitors staff performance, and ensures adherence to cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

The candidate will promote exceptional customer service, assist management with communications, onboarding, and monthly meetings, and help drive store goals using standard reporting tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; will consider combination of education and experience.
• 1 Year experience in a leadership role preferred.
• No professional certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Runs store operations in absence of store/assistant manager, covering front end and production areas.
• Monitors associates toward goals, including production and Round Up; uses daily reports to track activity.
• Participates in production as needed to meet store goals.
• Ensures cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and models company standards for staff and customers.
