Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Finance) to help run a busy retail location, donation site, and in-store production facility. You will lead when managers are away, guide associates, and drive store goals while modeling excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior leadership experience, with a background check. Availability for evenings/weekends may be needed as business dictates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run store operations in the absence of the store/assistant manager.
• Monitor associates toward goals and production metrics.
• Ensure cleanliness and visual merchandise standards are maintained.
• Communicate with management and participate in meetings and appraisals.
• Use reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support customer service as a role model and team leader.
