Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Finance) to help run a busy Goodwill location, donation site and in-store production area. In the absence of store leadership, you will direct tasks and ensure store goals are met.

You will monitor associates, manage daily reports, uphold cleanliness and visual standards, and model exceptional customer service for staff and shoppers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination of education and work experience considered.
• 1 Year experience in a leadership role preferred.
• No professional certifications are required.
• Criminal background check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Run store operations in the absence of store/assistant manager.
• Monitor progress of associates toward goals and production targets.
• Participate in production to meet store goals as needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness and visual merchandise standards; model customer service.
• Assist management with onboarding, monthly meetings, check-ins and appraisals.
• Solicit feedback and act on it.
