Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to work with the Store Leader to keep the store operational, drive results, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and visual standards to support company initiatives. Candidates should be ready for a full-time, on-site position with flexible evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail leadership or operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and shipment handling.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to provide timely issue resolution.
• Excellent communication; able to give and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with emphasis on operational excellence.
• Oversee back of house operations and inventory accuracy.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and size integrity.
• Lead training on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Model customer-obsessed service behavior.
• Lead floor sets and partner with Store Leader for initiatives.
