Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader - Operations in Maryland to partner with the Store Leader in keeping the store operationally sound and focused on business results. You will drive efficiency, coach the team on brand standards, and balance a high-volume environment with polished execution.

You will help lead customer‑obsessed service, manage floor and back‑of‑house operations, and use data to push inventory excellence and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability with real-time fixes.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory-related responsibilities.
• Train and coach the team on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead floor presence during peak hours with customer-obsessed service.
