Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to support our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will perform cashiering, merchandising, and store operations as directed by Store Management.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, suggesting merchandise, maintaining displays, and processing transactions with accuracy. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required to meet store needs.

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Handle checkout and bag purchases; prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Know exchange and return procedures and execute SPG guidelines.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Foster guest relationships and develop a client-based business.
• Perform duties with high customer service standards and support leadership.
