PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, seeks a Retail Sales Leader for the Deer Park store. You will drive floor and stockroom operations, training associates and delivering a superior in-store shopping experience.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, merchandise flow, and ensuring policy compliance while providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. Requires High School or equivalent, 1 year retail experience, proficiency with iPad/registers, and availability including

• Years of Experience: 1
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets defined availability criteria including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans.
