Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee store operations, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced off-price environment.

You will mentor Receiving and Supervisors, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate with district leadership to optimize staffing, training, and performance. Strong multitasking and customer focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price, big box, specialty or large multi-unit retail.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to coach a diverse team.
• Experience managing customer service, cashiers, receiving, and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet company policies and provide excellent service.
• Oversee store operations and receiving processes, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive results.
• Collaborate with District and Regional managers on staffing, training, and succession planning.
