Job summary

ALO in Boca Raton is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and product expertise. You will apply strong operational skills to inventory control, replenishment, and visual standards on the sales floor.

In this role you move dynamically around the store, assist with shipments, and collaborate with the store team to deliver efficient, safe, and engaging service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; partner with store leadership to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery, and stock management activities.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities for efficient operations.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to meet business and guest needs.
