Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Comfort with omnichannel initiatives (BOPIS, ship from store, etc.).
• Open to early-morning shifts and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Execute pricing and signing across merchandise.
• Replenish and restock to maintain availability.
• Receive and unload merchandise with the team.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom standards.
• Support omnichannel processes and merchandise flow.
• Help implement merchandising plans and standards.
