Responsibilities

• Provide customer service around the store, helping customers promptly.
• Execute pricing and signing by updating ticket prices and signage quickly and accurately.
• Restock and prepare merchandise for the floor, ensuring availability of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise with coworkers and organize backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards, keeping stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Support omnichannel operations, including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and order delivery initiatives.
• Implement merchandise strategy and maintain merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers and training materials.
