Jordan’s Furniture is seeking a customer service associate to support sales in a retail/office setting. You will interact with customers, assist sales consultants with orders and payments, and handle phone inquiries to ensure smooth delivery and service experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Friendly and courteous customer interaction.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Able to read and communicate effectively.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner to create raving fans.
• Assist sales consultants with finalizing sales orders and payment transactions, delivery setup, etc.
• Triaged incoming phone calls.
• Contact customers to resolve delivery and service issues, coordinating with other departments.
• Reconcile cash drawer at end of shift.
