Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner, creating raving fans.
• Assisting sales consultants with finalizing sales orders including payment transactions, delivery setup, etc.
• Triaging incoming phone calls.
• Contacting customers to resolve delivery and service issues and coordinating with various departments to resolve issues.
• Reconciling cash drawer at the end of a shift.

Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour
