Job summary

University Co-op in Austin, TX seeks a Retail North Lead for our main store. This part-time, non-exempt role supports Custom Shop, web order pick-up, and graduation services while ensuring outstanding customer service and store cleanliness.

You will mentor sales associates, lead through example, and assist with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operations as the floor manager on duty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lead or similar role experience preferred.
• Technology experience with POS systems and warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Custom Shop processes, including execution and inventory management.
• Manage Web Pick-Up area and order follow-through.
• Coach and develop part-time sales associates with constructive feedback.
• Lead by example to uphold customer service standards and SOPs.
• Assist with Manager on Duty duties, including opening/closing and cash handling.
