Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 21 to work at Spec's.
• Previous supervisory experience or completion of the MIT program.
• Retail sales management experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff in day-to-day activities and train team members.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, discipline, and staff guidance.
• Maintain guest service standards and address complaints.
• Manage bank deposits, cash handling, and payroll-related tasks.
• Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, pricing accuracy, and inventory readiness.
