Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
• Lead, or similar role, experience (preferred).
• Technology experience: POS system and Warehouse Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales floor recovery and visual standards.
• Support updates, tasking, and replenishment.
• Assist with cash handling procedures.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Open and close the store; act as floor manager.
• Support driving the business and general operational needs.
