Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead for the University of Texas Team Store in Austin, TX. You will drive daily operations, ensure a premier fan experience, and lead a team during home games and events.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing stockrooms, and collaborating with leadership to hit revenue targets. Experience in fast-paced retail and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Knowledge of retail systems (OpSuite5.0, POS, CAYAN).
• Partner with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
