Job summary

Truist Mortgage is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the sales and marketing of mortgage loan products in Tampa, FL. You will drive effective referral processes and advise clients on Truist Mortgage offerings, ensuring compliance with bank policies and relevant regulations.

An ideal candidate will have banking experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking or lending with basic residential property knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures.
• Comply with Truist policies and applicable state/federal laws.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist Fulfillment with document follow-up during quality control or post‑closing.
