Job summary

Truist in Largo, FL is seeking a Mortgage Sales professional responsible for marketing and selling Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures, and for referring clients to other bank services. You will build relationships, meet production goals, maintain knowledge of policies, and provide mortgage advice while ensuring compliance and coordinating with loan fulfillment.

This role requires prior banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to work variable hours

Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking or lending experience.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Market and develop mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and applicable state/federal law.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Execute referrals to other bank solutions to deepen client opportunities.
• Assist Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed.
