Longbridge Financial, LLC is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist for an in-office role in Houston, TX or Paramus, NJ. The position is full-time and involves processing loan files, coordinating with lenders and customers, and ensuring timely, accurate processing with high service levels.

The role supports multiple teams, provides coverage during absences, and helps maintain workflow across departments in a growing mortgage environment.

Responsabilités

• Process loan-related applications for underwriting readiness.
• Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers and title companies.
• Work with third parties to obtain required conditions.
• Scan, upload and organize documentation in LOS.
• Clear loan conditions and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Review credit, income, tax and asset documents.
• Support multiple teams to maintain service continuity.
• Provide coverage during absences and adjust priorities as needed.
