Job summary

You will serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies and funding requirements while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will review loan data, monitor collateral, and coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure timely, accurate processing and delivery to investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in mortgage warehouse lending, loan operations, credit administration, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to interpret complex loan data and legal documentation.
• Demonstrated experience providing account-based customer service to business clients.
• Excellent judgment and risk awareness.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portion of a multi-billion-dollar mortgage warehouse lending portfolio with sound decision-making.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business clients and coordinate with Relationship Managers.
• Review mortgage loan data and supporting documentation to determine program eligibility and compliance.
• Ensure timely receipt and control of original mortgage loan collateral, and facilitate delivery to investors.
• Monitor client facility performance and prepare performance and exception reports.
