You will act as the primary operational contact for assigned business clients, coordinating with Relationship Managers to deliver timely, high-quality service.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret loan data and documents for eligibility, compliance, and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a finance-related field.
• Experience in mortgage warehouse lending, loan operations, or credit administration.
• Strong analytical and risk-aware decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client service and internal partners.
• Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated portion of a $3B mortgage warehouse portfolio and mitigate risk.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned business clients and coordinate with Relationship Managers.
• Review loan data and documentation to determine program eligibility and compliance.
• Ensure timely receipt and control of original mortgage loan collateral and delivery to investors.
• Monitor facility performance and prepare performance and exception reports.
• Maintain client- and loan-level data in the warehouse management system and other databases.
• Identify operational risks and escalate issues while recommending resolutions.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
