Longbridge Financial is seeking a Wholesale Processor for in-office work in Houston, TX or Paramus, NJ. You will verify data in the loan origination system, gather files, clear conditions, and coordinate with underwriting to move loans toward closing.

The role requires 1–2 years in reverse mortgage processing, strong time management, and excellent communication, with benefits and a base salary in the 57–67K range.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in reverse mortgage processing.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong customer service and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for submission to underwriting.
• Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companies.
