Job summary

Longbridge Financial in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Reverse Mortgage Processor to verify data integrity in loan origination software, gather files, and clear conditions for underwriting approval. You will work with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, and title companies to move loans toward closing.

The role requires 1–2 years of reverse mortgage processing experience, strong time management, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in reverse mortgage processing required.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Above-average customer service and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for submission to underwriting.
• Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMCs and title companies.
• Scan and upload file documentation into LOS.
• Clear loan conditions with applicants and communicate with loan officers.
• Analyze credit, income, tax returns and asset documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of client files.
• Work independently and as part of a team under pressure and deadlines.
