Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Port Angeles, WA is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced store. You will learn product features, demonstrate network coverage, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

A High School Diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience (retail) are required. Training is provided. Compensation includes base pay plus training pay and potential annual incentives, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• Ability to use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service plans is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
