T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment, building product knowledge and providing technology and service solutions.

You will engage customers, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through plans while learning retail processes and digital tools. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product proficiency, and effective use of resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
